This farm integrates the long-established coffee practices of Alfenas with advanced production methods, yielding a Yellow Bourbon Natural lot that exemplifies the quintessential Brazilian coffee profile: richly flavoured and sweet.
The production process showcases Adolfo's commitment to quality. He adopts African bed drying techniques to achieve consistency in the beans and continuously explores new methods to enhance the coffee.
