We usually look to South America for high-quality decaffeinated coffee; this is our first offering from Ethiopia. In recent years, we’ve seen more decaf lots emerging from this origin, and some of the cup profiles are quite exciting. The challenge with any decaf to preserve the coffee’s intrinsic character after the decaffeination process. This coffee is a great example of that being achieved.
