El Eden Decaf Lungo
A deep tangy acidity throughout the cup with a syrupy body and long finish.
Forming one third of the “coffee triangle”, Quindio sits within the rural Paisa region of Colombia. Famous for incredibly high quality specialty lots, it has a high concentration of producers in the area with El Eden itself situated amongst the Cordillera Central, one of the three Andes ranges that travel the country from north to south.
A Castillo and Caturra lot, the harvested cherries are collated at the dry-mill facility managed by Hernan Israel Ondo Usman, before entering profiling for swiss-water decaffeination processing.
Colonna capsules are compatible with traditional Nespresso® capsule machines.
