Loma Verde, the largest farm within the Santa Barbara Estate owned by the Echavarria family, is situated at 1,700 metres above sea level in the Antioquia region. The family's coffee legacy dates back to the early 20th century with Don Alejandro Angel, a pioneer in Colombian coffee export. Today, they harness ideal microclimates and volcanic soils to produce exceptional coffees. This natural processed Colombia variety stands out for its clean and vibrant cup. We chose to source this coffee for its unique expression of the Colombia variety.
