This naturally processed Gesha, cultivated at 1,500-1,600 MASL, is fresh and effervescent with a citrus and layered fruit profile.

Aceh Gayo, Indonesia, 10 (Rare)

A washed Indonesian with Kenyan-like acidity, accompanied by a deep, rich body.

Kirambo Natural, Rwanda, 10 (Discovery)

This naturally processed Red Bourbon, cultivated at 1,470 MASL, is creamy with red fruit sweetness, gentle acidity, and notes of vanilla and white chocolate. 

Ibiraci, Brazil, 10 (Foundation)

This naturally processed Catuaí and Mundo Novo offers a creamy mouthfeel, long sweet acidity, and a nutty deep finish. A classic Brazilian profile executed perfectly through a rich espresso capsule.
