    Current - El Zacatin Chiroso Natural

    Cultivated at 2,100 MASL, this naturally processed chiroso displays layers of complexity, with hints of red berry fruit and a vibrant acidity.

    Resting high on the western slopes of the Cordillera mountains, El Vacation has become a beacon for speciality coffee in the Antioquia region of Colombia. The cherries undergo selective handpicking and quality sorting prior to 24 hour aerobic fermentation in tanks. After another sealed anaerobic fermentation they are dried on raised beds.
