This pulped natural Acaiá, cultivated between 810-950 MASL, is creamy and velvety with delicate acidity and soft citrus fruit notes.

Owned by Marco and Maria Silvia since 2006, Fazenda São Domingos in Mococa, São Paulo, cultivates the Acaiá variety and undergoes pulped natural processing with temperature-controlled drying. This results in a clean and balanced coffee, characteristic of the Foundation genre's emphasis on clarity and sweetness.
