A pulped natural Mundo Novo offering with a classic Brazilian cup profile.

Fazenda Catanduva has been in the Nakao family for more than thirty years, and today is headed-up by Marie Nakao Sasaki and Alfredo Jesus Mitio Nakao. The land originally needed a great deal of invested time to correct the soil-balance and prepare the are for coffee cultivation. Today the focus is kept entirely on maintaining the high crop quality and continuing their practices of social and environmental responsibility.

This Mundo Novo lot underwent a pulped natural process. Mundo Novo itself is a natural cross between Sumatra and Red Bourbon, discovered in Mineiros do Tietê, Sao Paolo in 1943. Various lines have been cultivated from this original line, and were eventually distributed to farmers, beginning in 1952.

          

 

Store in a cool, dry place.

In nitrogen-flushed, valveless bags, oxygen content is reduced to under 3%, preserving optimal quality for up to 9 months.

Once open we recommend using within 7 days.

These coffees are shipped within 4 weeks of roasting and packing.
