    Current - Las Laderas Pacamara

This fully-washed and sun-dried Pacamara, grown between 1,400 - 1,800 MASL, delivers a clean and bright cup with a lingering, sweetly balanced acidity, characteristic of its El Salvadoran, high-altitude, volcanic origins.

Since 1930, the Lima family has cultivated Las Laderas Pacamara in El Salvador's Apaneca-Ilamatepec region. Over three generations, they've transformed the land into a significant 300-person operation. The farm's sloping terrain and volcanic soil, enriched by the 2006 Ilamatepec eruption, are ideal for the Pacamara variety. Las Laderas, part of the Cuzcachapa Cooperative, is Rain Forest Certified and has earned multiple Cup of Excellence awards of the years.
