San Agustin Typica Honey
An Ecuadorian Typica lot with surprisingly vibrant character, thanks in-part to its exquisite natural processing.
San Agustin lies 80 Km North West of Quito in North-central Ecuador, just a few hundred metres from the historic ruins of the Tulipe ceremonial site. Owned by Alfonso Villagomez, a Q-grader and environmental consultant, the hacienda began producing coffee in 2014.
The lot is hand-sorted before solar drying for fifteen days and slow-stage drying on polytunnel African beds. A second sorting at this stage ensures optimum crop-quality.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Once open we recommend using within 7 days.
